Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. With 5000+ skus online, from time to time an entry error may occur in the contents of the site. By placing an order with WholesaleBeddings.com or any of the affiliated sites, you are accepting this possibility and will not hold WholesaleBeddings.com responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. With respect to items sold by WholesaleBeddings.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT typically charge your credit card until after your order has entered the fulfillment process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our websites may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. 5- GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

Venue for all disputes arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively in the Circuit Courts of the State of California in Los Angeles County or the Federal District Courts of the Los Angeles (as permitted by law) and each party agrees not to contest the personal jurisdiction of these courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, WholesaleBeddings shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any non-US court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief in the event that, in the opinion of WholesaleBeddings, such action is necessary or desirable.
No action of WholesaleBeddings other than an explicit written waiver or amendment may be interpreted as a waiver or amendment of any of these Terms and Conditions of Use or Privacy Policy. Should any clause of these Terms and Conditions of Use or Privacy Policy be found unenforceable, wherever possible this will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.
